About The Project
Maggi Thornhill is a true real estate giant in Whistler and Accross the Country. With over $3 Billion of real estate sold over the last 13 years, you could sway that Maggi knows what she is doing.
Over the last decade, Maggi owned and operated Thornhill Real Estate Group, a luxury boutique real estate firm based in Whistler B.C.
Near the tail end of 2018, Maggi decided to purchase the Engle & Volkers franchise for the Sea to Sky corridor and Sunshine Coast.
With this big change, a new vision for Maggi’s brand was established and a new online presence was needed. CMND Studio was engaged in early 2019 to help craft a custom online and offline experience to align with the new vision of the Engle & Volkers partnership.
A New Website Was Needed
With the change over to Engle and Volkers, Maggi’s previous website was no longer relevant. The first stage of this project was to design and develop a website that would be easy to use, align with the Engle & Volkers brand and feature the entirety of Maggi’s luxury real estate listiings.
A requirement of all real estate websites is a secure and accurate MLS integration. For Maggi’s site, we integrated the MLS system from the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and targeted her luxury listings.
Most real estate websites provide their agents with limited control over how individual listings are displayed and presented. With Maggi’s site, we wanted to offer up a fully custom experience and allow her listings to be displayed in a way that would tell a story and align with the luxurious nature of the properties.
